Locke Design Omnimedia is celebrating 20 years of business in 2016! In celebration of our 20th anniversary, each month we are highlighting some of our favorite jobs as case studies in our blog.

Designers prepare for logo development for years in college for corporations and businesses but it is rare we truly get to use our talents for law enforcement branding. When our client the Town of Pendleton, SC decided to rebuild its police department Locke Design was presented with a rare opportunity to brand a law enforcement department from the ground up. Our firm was tasked with creation of a badge, logo, patch and vehicle design as well as print collateral, commercial photography and integration of the department into the town website. Designing a logo that is not just a mark but a symbol of police authority in a community was an honor for our firm. Creating the look of the patrol car graphics also presented unique challenges calling on us to research the look and branding of police departments the nation and world over.

Locke Design has also designed the website for the town of Pendleton along with the creation of custom photography for the site. Please view at www.townofpendleton.org
